This is the 27^th year of running the AMAM which is undoubtedly one of the most popular events of our golfing calendar.  It is a team event of three Stratford players and one amateur. The team of three can be any combination of full playing Stratford members.  The competition comprises 2 shotgun starts, one at 8.30am and one at 1.30pm.  The competition is medal format with differing numbers of scores to count depending on the holes.

Booking will be ONLINE and will open at 6.30pm on 18th July 2021.  The entrance fee is £27 per person and you MUST have at least £27 in your competition account otherwise the system will not allow you to enter.  One person will be allowed to book other members of their team into the competition and each member’s competition account will be charged the £27 fee, thus meaning every member of the team must have sufficient funds available. You will also be able to select the tee you wish to start from.

When you book online you will see that the fourth team member slot is reserved.  This is for the amateur you will be playing as part of your team.  Selection of that amateur will take place on Monday 2nd August at 6.30pm at the club so at least one member of your team must attend on that evening to decide the choice of your amateur.

There will be a two course meal following your game, the price of which is included in your entry fee. There will also be a raffle  - tickets will be available to purchase at registration on the day.  The success of the raffle is dependant on members donating prizes.  You can take prizes to the office in the week before the event.   Please do support this as all the net proceeds of this event go to the Captain’s Charity.  

Vouchers totalling  £2,600 are available by way of prizes with an £80 voucher going to each member of the winning team.  Team prizes are given down to 8^th place with other prizes being awarded for nearest the pin, longest drive and best amateur.  Prize giving will be around 7.00pm on the day.  Please attend if you are in the prizes – you will be given a mobile number to check.
