This is a handicap qualifying Stableford competition for Stratford on Avon members and visiting Captains.

Members compete for the A/B Team Trophy and visiting Captains have a separate competition alongside the members competition.

To qualify to win the Trophy members must have represented the club in either the A (Scratch Team) or B Team in 2023, but only Players with a Maximum Playing Handicap allowance of 28 or lower can win the Trophy.  

Players with higher handicaps can still win a prize.

Preferred lies are in operation but apply only for fairways or closely mown areas.

As a condition of entry to Board competitions players must have submitted 3 qualifying scores played at Stratford GC in the 12 months preceding the closing date for entry to the competition. Members who do not have 3 qualifying scores at Stratford GC will be permitted to enter if they have a fully developed Handicap Index of 20 scores which includes 3 qualifying scores in the preceding 12 months.
